This is the Heavy Duty Model - Great if you're constantly on the radio (this one has 3 times the spring life expectancy) or for heavy Mics (this one has 30% more retraction force).  This unit also has longer extension to reach to the far ends of the cab and may be locked in any position for extended talking when not driving.
