It is our first and most important goal to have and keep you as a 100% satisfied customer for years to come.

We offer high quality, name brand products, that we have chosen to meet the needs of our customers.

Most products carry an extended warranty from the manufacturer.

We warranty most products for 60 days after purchase date. One exception is Truckers’s Navigation GPS units which are warranted for 30 days after the
purchase date.

We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Credit Card, Mail-In Check or Money Order. We prefer payment by PayPal.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.
  • Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
  • Free and Reduced Rate Shipping Offers exclude shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • We ship items Monday – Friday within 24 hours of payment.
  • We do not ship on major US holidays.
  • All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of receipt unless
otherwise noted ( Trucker’s GPS is 30 days ).

Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping. Return shipping is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any
store to return an item, which is not reimbursable. We will, however ship a replacement item at our cost to 

  • Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item.
  • Shipping is refundable if the item arrives damaged.
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • We do not guarantee any product’s fitness for intended use.

Detailed Return Policy:

  • After 60 days (30 days for Trucker’s GPS) defective products under manufacturerwarranty must be returned to that manufacturer
    for warranty repair service.
  • If the merchandise does not meet your expectations or is damaged in shipment please follow directions below.
  • IMPORTANT!!! e-mail us at [email protected] or call us at 1-877-476-9171 to inform us that you wish to return
  • We will supply you with an RA # (return authorization #) that must go on the box you are returning and the correct address of
    the warehouse it is to be shipped to.
  • RA# requests take from 2-3 business days to receive. We will email you with the RA# and return instructions within 3 days of
    the request.
  • We ask that you return the merchandise in new and unused condition in the original packing material and carton (to protect
    contents), within 60 days of the ship date for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price less shipping and any
    restocking fees.
  • All merchandise returned as defective that is not defective will be returned to you.
  • New merchandise that is returned is subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee.


Your credit card account or PayPal account will be credited for the amount of the merchandise if returned within the 60
day return period. Refunds may take 5 or more days to show up in your account.


  • As stated: ALL 10 meter radios are NOT returnable (see the explanation on 10 meter page).
  • Any CB Radios that have been opened and modified in any way are non returnable. You can return them directly to the manufacturer for warranty work.
  • Refurbished items labeled Refurbished come with a manufacturers warranty and must must be returned to the manufacturer
    if defective.
  • All returned radios are checked for UPC codes and Manufacturing dates.


  • Examine package for any visual damage. If damage is noticed, request that the driver make a notation as such.
  • If damage is concealed, e-mail US at [email protected] or phone us at 1-877-476-9171 within 24 hours of receiving
    the merchandise.
  • We will be happy to replace an item or issue a credit, whichever you prefer. We promise to treat you, as a customer, the way
    we would expect to be treated. To us that means courteously, promptly and respectfully.


  • We will send out a replacement item as soon we receive the damaged item. We will pay shipping for replacement ofdamaged items.
  • The return shipping address via UPS or US Postal Service depends which warehouse your product was sent from and we will email you the instructions where
    to ship your item.
